Born from the desire to create the first tartar bar in Brussels, Tatar was first born in the mind of Benjamin Homsy. Passionate about bistronomy, it was after two years at Deloitte that our founder decided to change careers. The concept would be unique: a place to share raw food and drinks where the world of catering and mixology would intermingle. It is thus from September 27th, in the trendy district of Châtelain, that Tatar opened its doors to you.
